In The Unicode Standard, Sutton SignWriting implementation is discussed in  Chapter 21 Notational Systems.

The plan for encoding Sutton SignWriting in Unicode is for there to be two separate Unicode proposals. The first is for the symbol set covered by ISWA 2010 (now encoded in Unicode 8.0). The second is for an encoding that takes symbols and turns them into signs.

Symbol Encoding:

The Sutton SignWriting symbol set based on ISWA 2010 was encoded in The Unicode Standard version 8.0. The script is encoded in the following block:
