  • Google has been developing a font family called Noto, which aims to support all languages with a harmonious look and feel. Noto is Google’s answer to tofu. The name Noto is to convey the idea that Google’s goal is to see “no more tofu” (tofu being the nickname for the small square boxes displayed when characters are missing from a font). Noto has multiple styles and weights, and is freely available to all.

  • Two MSKLC keyboards for the Limbu script are provided under 'Downloads'. One is a phonetic layout and the other is loosely based on a Devanagari typewriter layout.

  • This is a Unicode compliant Limbu font. It is considered "in development". However, it is felt that it is useful in its current state. The font is available for free download under an open license.

    Two Windows Limbu keyboards are also provided as separate downloads from this page.

  • This is a Unicode-encoded font for typesetting the Limbu language and script. The latest version supports Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Word, as well as native OS X applications and is fully compatible with Unicode 5.2. It is available from XenoType Technologies for USD 19 (negotiable for those working to preserve the Limbu language).
